| The Tran Hung Dao Statue is a memorial to the Vietnamese hero Tran Hung Dao. Tran Hung Dao was a military commander of the son of the Tran Dynasty, a Vietnamese dynasty in the 13th century. What made him famous was that he prevented the strongest invasion at that time three times. The area around the statue is beautifully maintained as a park, showing the degree of respect of the Vietnamese people.  |
