Gabon has a tropical rainforest climate because its land is located just below the equator and its rainfall is high throughout the year. The rainy and dry seasons are clear, with the rainy season being as long as nine months from September to May and the dry season being three months from June to August. Because of high humidity, it will be hot and humid.
