National Museum of Singapore, the oldest museum in Singapore. The National Museum of Singapore opened in 1849 as part of the Raffles Institution. After that, it was relocated to the present position in 1877. In 2006 the major refurbishment was implemented and it is now. In the hall, "history gallery" on Singapore's history is permanently installed. |
