Nakasuji tốt was used as a valuable water source for Taketomi Island.
Drinking water on Taketomi Island used this Nakasuji tốt water until the seabed water was drawn from Ishigaki Island in 1976. The reason why Nakasuji tốt was discovered remains as an island legend, and a long time ago, a dog owned by Arashibana Kasanari, the god of Nakasuji village, had a wet tail even though it was in a drought. It is said that it was discovered by that. Although the place was drought, it was overgrown with greenery, so it is said that a well was found when digging the ground. In fact, this well water became valuable water that was used not only for drinking water for the islanders, but also for producing hot water and young water on New Year's Day. |
