Sightseeing Guide
A sailing ship in Greenwich, famous for the observatory, is Cutty Sark.
Cutty Sark was a tea carrier built in 1869, a rapid sailing ship that was carrying from China to England.
At the time competing for how fast transportation was possible, such a ship was constructed, but after that the Suez Canal opened and it gradually faded in stead of the steam ship era.
Ships telling the history of Britain are open to the public and can see the equipment at the time.
