Meijo Park is a large park adjacent to Nagoya Castle.
Meijo Park was opened in 1931, and has promenades, recreational facilities, and other facilities, making it a place for locals to relax. Approximately 2,800 cherry trees bloom in spring, and the scenery with Nagoya Castle in the background is also known as a famous cherry blossom viewing spot.
