Sightseeing Guide
Pont des Arts is one of the most famous bridges on the Seine River.
Pont des Arts is a bridge built in 1804, a metal bridge built first in Paris.
Just collapsed in 1979 when a ship collided, the current bridge was rebuilt in 1984.
Pont des Arts is said to be "artistic bridge" in French, and the view of the French degree from Pont des Arts is magnificent.
Even if you see it from the side of the save river, its beauty is suitable for "artistic bridge".
It is also a sanctuary for lovers from its beauty, and a padlock with a name is attached to the railings of the bridge as a place of proof of love. That key is thrown to the Seine river and tied for eternity.
However, in recent years the bridge has not been able to withstand much of the padlock, it has been removed, and the proof of eternal love has disappeared without survival.
