The Victory Monument is a large monument in the center of Rotary. The Victory Monument was built in 1941 to commemorate the Thai soldiers who fought in the French Indochina conflict in 1940. It is one of the places I would like to visit in the evening because the stalls started to appear and it was just a short distance from the subway station. |
