| Tower that can be overlooking the Goryokaku is, Goryokaku Tower. Goryokaku Tower was built as a tower of 60m height in 1964. However, due to aging, it has become a new tower of 107m in height 2006. The height of the observatory also is approximately 2-fold (formerly Tower photo), it was to be able to see more clearly the pentagon of Goryokaku.
