Sightseeing Guide
The building that corresponds to the United States Capitol is the United States Capitol.
The United States Capitol, also known as the United States Capitol, has been operating in its current building since 1800. However, the current building is the 4th generation, and in fact, the 1st to 3rd generations are not Washington DC. The first was the Capitol in Annapolis, Maryland, the second was Federal Hall in New York, and the third was the Philadelphia Independence Hall.
The Capitol, located east of the National Mall, is often referred to as Capital Hill because it is located in the Capital Hill area. Its distinctive appearance sandwiches the central dome, with the Senate side on the left (north side) completed in 1800 and the Senate side on the right (south side) completed in 1811. A 6m long bronze goddess statue is placed on the central dome, which is a feature of the Capitol.
The biggest event in the Capitol is the inauguration of the President of the United States. At the time of this inauguration, the large National Mall is filled with spectators and supporters. Can you feel like a president? The experience is easy by climbing the stairs in front of you. I definitely want to experience it when I come here.
Washington DC has several symbolic buildings, including the Capitol, the White House, and the Washington Monument, but most people generally think of the Capitol. Some people often mistake it for the White House, but it's easy to tell because the White House doesn't have a central dome. However, the White House is well known. .. ..
