Carrousel Bridge, one of the bridges across the Seine River. The Carrousel Bridge was built in 1831, originally named Sampere Bridge, but it was later renamed Carrousel Bridge. It became a modern concrete bridge in 1939, and it is built to leave a characteristic arch shaped appearance until then. Since crossing the Carrousel Bridge leads to the entrance of the Louvre museum, there are many sightseeing buses and there are not features of the bridge itself, so it may not be necessary to cross over. Just a short distance, Carrousel Bridge from Pont des Arts is also a magnificent spot such as the beauty of the Seine river drawing a smooth curve, a visiting boat trip, and the Eiffel Tower that is visible in the background.
