Sightseeing Guide
Before walking a bit from the Rodin Museum, suddenly a policeman is standing in a stately atmosphere, Matignon Museum.
Matignon pavilion was built in 1719, a mansion living by Mr. Jacques de Goon and Matignon.
Since then, although the owner changes in many ways, it has been used as prime minister 's official residence since 1959.
For that reason police officers are stationed in front of the gate, and it is a thorough security.
Once in the fall the interior is open and you can visit luxurious rooms.
