The oblisk of Constantine is built to line with Theodosius Obelisk and Serpent Column. The obelisk of Constantine will be the obelisk on the far side, so the number of tourists will be slightly less, but I want to see it because it's a big deal. Although it was an obelisk built by Constantine VIII in the 10th century, it was a gorgeous obelisk with gold plating at the time, but then it was looted by the Crusaders and became the current figure. |
