A big bridge over the golden horse gulf is the Galata bridge. The Galata Bridge is a bridge connecting the new urban area on the Europe side with the old city area, and it has a two-storey structure. The first floor part is a restaurant town and you can enjoy Turkish cuisine mainly. The second floor has a roadway, a tram and a sidewalk. The sidewalk part is wide, and you can stroll while watching the Bosphorus Strait and Golden Horn Bay. In the middle part of the bridge there are parts where the ship can go back and forth frequently, and the view including the Galata tower in the background is a magnificent view. Although it is a Garata bridge that can be crossed by a tram, I definitely want to take a walk on foot. |
