Chatelet Square

Chatelet square which is located just outside the metro's Châtelet station.
Châtelet Square is a small square but in the center there is a fountain commemorating the victory of Napoleon's Egypt expedition and a pillar with a goddess sculpture at the tip. A plaza with plenty of places to see.
Chatelet Square, also the gateway to the islet of Cite, has become a place of relaxation for many people and many people are taking rest.
