Sightseeing Guide
Conciergerie is a building that does not seem to be a Parisian hat in the shite island.
Conciergerie was originally used as a royal palace and was used until about the 14th century, but was later used as a prison from 1370 as the royal residence moved.
Currently it is not used as a prison, it is open as a tourist facility of world heritage.
What made Conciergerie famous is that Marie Antoinette was housed for anything.
Inside the facility, materials of the time such as prisons used by Marie Antoinette, such as prisons of the day, are displayed.
Because it is one of the famous facilities along the Seine River, you can try to see from various angles, such as from the opposite shore or a sightseeing ship, but on the other hand it is good to enjoy the scenery Marie Antoinette saw from Conciergerie.
